Robert McShane

Robert is an associate with the firm maintaining a broad practice in the areas of real estate, business law, and wills and estates.

Robert was called to the Bar in 2018. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he practiced at two prominent law firms in Toronto.

Robert has deep roots in the Collingwood area. He grew up in Nottawa and Stayner and currently lives in Wasaga Beach. Robert is proud to serve the communities he grew up in and is pleased to welcome existing and new clients to the firm.

Robert received his Juris Doctor degree from Bond University in Australia, graduating with honours. Prior to the practice of law, Robert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and worked as an underwriter at an insurance company in Cambridge.

Robert is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Simcoe County Law Association. He is also a Notary Public.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys the four-season lifestyle that Collingwood and the surrounding areas offer. He also enjoys spending summer weekends on Sparrow Lake and boating the Trent-Severn Waterway.
