RYAN BAULKE

Ryan maintains a broad practice in the areas of business law, real estate, wills, estates and certain aspects of employment law.

Ryan grew up in Collingwood and joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the firm Ryan practiced at a leading Toronto law firm in the area of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate restructurings and related transactions.

Ryan received his Juris Doctor degree from Western University (Gold Medalist) and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is involved in the alumni mentorship programs at both the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Western University Faculty of Law.

Outside of work Ryan enjoys running, cycling, skiing, hiking and being outdoors with his wife and two sons.
