Tracy Fleischmann

Tracy joined the firm in 2013 to complete her Articles of Clerkship, after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the bar in 2014 and is now an associate lawyer with the firm.

Tracy holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Business Administration from York University. Prior to attending law school, Tracy worked in Commercial and Electronic Banking in Toronto.

Tracy practises in the areas of Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Municipal Law, Business Law, and General Litigation, with a particular interest in Family Law. She is pleased to welcome new clients to the firm, and is focused on exploring options - either in or out of court - that will best meet the unique interests of each client. Trained in Mediation, Tracy is committed to empowering clients find paths to early resolution through alternate dispute resolution wherever possible.

Tracy and family have resided in the Collingwood area since 2004. An advocate for the needs of children and families, Tracy has served on the Boards of the Durham and Simcoe/Muskoka Children's Aid Societies since 2001, currently serving as Board President for Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions.

Tracy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Simcoe County Law Association, The Ontario Bar Association, and is a Notary Public.
